Pinnacle Creek is a tributary of the Guyandotte River, 26.6 miles (42.8 km) long, [3] in southern West Virginia in the United States.Via the Guyandotte and Ohio rivers, it is part of the watershed of the Mississippi River, draining an area of 57.23 square miles (148.2 km 2) in a rural area on the unglaciated portion of the Allegheny Plateau.
Pinnacle Rock State Park lies just southeast of Bramwell. According to the United States Census Bureau , the town has a total area of 0.59 square miles (1.53 km 2 ), of which 0.56 square miles (1.45 km 2 ) is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 km 2 ) is water.
Big Ugly Wildlife Management Area is located on 3,061 acres (1,239 ha) [2] near Logan in Lincoln County, West Virginia. The Big Ugly's steep terrain is covered with mixed hardwoods second growth woodlands. Camping is not allowed at Big Ugly WMA, [2] but is available at nearby Chief Logan State Park.
Chief Cornstalk Wildlife Management Area is located on 11,772 acres (4,764 ha) in Mason County near Southside, West Virginia. [2] Second growth oak-hickory and mixed hardwoods forests cover much of the rolling and moderately steep slopes.
