Fiocchi 9mm ammo is very good when it’s priced similarly to Blazer. Rem and white box are less accurate and seem to have a bigger fps CV between rounds than Blazer, but that’s anecdotal vs true measurements as I don’t have a chrono.

Double check the lot numbers on the other 19 boxes. If the same, someone could have re-glued the box at any warehouse in between. Recently I had a mixed box of .45 acp ammo from Hornady. Half brass half nickel. Mixed bullets but all Hornady. The problem may have other sources. Look at the glue on the flaps, same as glue on other boxes?
