Edit: I've heard back and found out through NMUI that I was eligible for UI insurance in another state, due to meeting there minimum income requirements in that state. I made ~3,000, minimum to qualify for unemployment -2,500. Due to this I was denied PEUC federal unemployment.
The whole point of unemployment is to hold you over until you obtain a new position. If you haven’t obtained some type of employment within 1/3 of a year, that’s a little sus from their perspective. But to answer the question, my unemployment was approved in about 7-10 days and I had it for 4 weeks.
