In Windows, all that the "Print Scrn" button does is to copy the screen (or some portion of it: ALT+Print Scrn captures the active window) to the Clipboard. You then have to Paste from the Clipboard to any application that recognizes graphics (e.g., Microsoft Paint) and use that application to print in the usual manner.

This will zoom the WIndows to frame it properly and should remember how it's set. For the overall System you can change type and objects by changing the Scaling in Settings > System > Display. If 125% is too big, change it to a Custom scaling around 112-1118% is usually good.
If you just hit the Print screen key it goes to the clipboard. If you hold down the Windows key and hit the Print screen key it goes to File Explorer\Pictures\Screenshots. The better thing to use is the Snip & Sketch app found in All apps. With this you can mark it up before you save it. It goes the File Explorer\Pictures
An alternative way to the above is pressing Alt + Print Screen on your keyboard - this does exactly the same as the above, but the image copied to the clipboard is only that of the currently active window. With this tool, you can directly crop any part of the screen and save it as a jpeg. This will lessen at least half of the work when using the Print screen Key on the keyboard.
