Parkdale is an unincorporated community in the southwest part of the township, on the northern edge of Manistee Lake where the Manistee River enters the lake. It is at 44°16′03″N 86°18′10″W / 44.26750°N 86.30278°W / 44.26750; -86.30278 on US 31 , near the junction with M-55 on northern boundary of the Manistee city limits
