The Automotive Fine Arts Society was founded in 1983 and the founding member was Ken Eberts [1] [2] The society was started by artists who were acknowledged to be the best in their area of expertise.
Ashland is a city in and the county seat of Ashland County, Ohio, United States, [6] about 66 miles (106 km) southwest of Cleveland and 82 miles (132 km) northeast of Columbus. Ken Eberts (July 4, 1943 - August 14, 2024) [1] was an American painter who had been a major contributor to the automotive art genre. [2] He was a founding member of the Automotive Fine Arts Society (AFAS), and was its president since its inception in 1983.
