Lake Hopatcong is the largest freshwater body in New Jersey, United States, about 4 square miles (10 km 2) in area.Located 30 miles (48 km) from the Delaware River and 40 miles (64 km) from Manhattan, New York City, the lake forms part of the border between Sussex and Morris counties in the state's northern highlands region.
Established in 1939, it is the second oldest intermediate school in the South Island and the third oldest in New Zealand. The school is located between the suburbs of Addington and Cashmere on what was the site of an old dairy farm and racing stables. It replaced the intermediate department of the Christchurch West High School in the 1930s. [4]

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Lake Hopatcong CDP has a total area of 9.39 square miles (24.32 km 2), of which 7.39 square miles (19.14 km 2) are land and 2.00 square miles (5.18 km 2), or 21.34%, are water. [1] The lake, with an outlet 2 miles (3 km) to the southwest into the Musconetcong River, is part of the Delaware River watershed.

[17] Camp Tillicum, located outside of North Bay, Ontario on Callander Bay was a detachment of HMCS Ontario offering Two-Week General Training and Basic Leadership courses. The camp closed in 1986.
