Guru Nanak Gurdwara Smethwick (ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਮੈਦਿਕ) is a Sikh gurdwara in Smethwick, in Sandwell, near Birmingham in the West Midlands of England. It was established in October 1958 in a former church building which had been bought earlier in the year at a cost of £11,600.

It is home to the Job Centre Plus, Royal Mail sorting office and the Guru Nanak Gurdwara (Sikh Temple). Both Smethwick railway stations are located here. He became president of Guru Nanak Gurdwara Smethwick in 1984 and led the community for 20 years. [3] [4] He died in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham on 6 October 2014, age 70.
