Twin Lake is an unincorporated community in Muskegon County of the U.S. state of Michigan. It is a census-designated place (CDP) for statistical purposes. Local government services are provided by Dalton Township. As of the 2020 census, the population of the CDP was 2,056. [2]

State highway M-120 crosses the east side of the township, passing through the community of Twin Lake. The community is centered on the north side of East Twin Lake, but the CDP extends south so as to surround the entire lake. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.1 square miles (11 km 2), of which 2.8 square miles (7.3 km 2) are land and 1.3 square miles (3.4 km 2), or 38.16%, are water.
