Grace was a 1990s British dance music act, consisting of the DJs Paul Oakenfold and Steve Osborne and the jazz singer Dominique Atkins. [1] The group's first single, "Not Over Yet" (originally released in 1993 and then again in 1995), had lead and backing vocals by the original frontwoman Patti Low.
Paul Mark Oakenfold (UK: / ˈ ə ʊ k ə n ˌ f ə ʊ l d /; born 30 August 1963), [3] formerly known mononymously as Oakenfold, is an English record producer, remixer and trance DJ.He has provided over 100 remixes for over 100 artists including U2, Moby, Madonna, Britney Spears, Massive Attack, The Cure, New Order, The Rolling Stones, The Stone Roses and Michael Jackson.
J.D. Considine from The Baltimore Sun declared the album as "one of the season's most satisfying dance releases." He added, "As usual with Oakenfold and Osborne, the music is tuneful and insistent, buoyed by relentless beats but blessed with enough melodic content to keep mind and body engaged."
However, their next track, "Not Over Yet '99", was more successful entering the UK chart at #16 in August 1999. [2] They worked with a fourth producer, Matt Darey on the track, a remix/re-edit of "Not Over Yet" by Grace to create the track, which was to be the first of four hits for the group. Oakenfold had previously been a member of Grace.

It's Not Over Yet" is a cover of the Grace song "Not Over Yet" (1993), which shifts the band's new rave sound for dance-rock, backed by almost-industrial drums. [36] It swaps the original's synthesizer riff for a guitar part, and places more of an emphasis on the vocal melody. [20] Taylor referred to it as a "massive, heart-breaking pop song". [2]
