Signed up on EMT Prep to help review for pre-hire tests. So far I love it and wouldn't really change anything. I passed the written on my first try, but if I could do it again I would definitely sign up on EMT Prep and practice a lot before taking it.
During the first couple of days using the JB learning test prep, I had about a 67% average. But gradually, my percentage had risen to the 80s. I took the Final examination and scored an 88%. Just wondering. Is this test prep anything like the NREMT? How useful is it? I know it helps, but I was wondering, how much will it help?
I never used an online test prep and had no issue with the test. A few of my classmates failed their first attempt. They got Jb and passed at like 80 questions the second time around. They said the questions were very similar.
Test Prep I’m taking advantage of the JB Test Prep, it is a great review tool for the course I’m currently enrolled in, and hopefully for the NREMT-B exam. I am planning on taking the NREMT-B exam the end of September or early October, I’ll let you know how it goes.
I have passed both my Basic and Advanced test first time around, and I think a lot of that has to do with EMT National Training. No test prep will be just like the NREMT, but EMT National Training is about as close as you can get.
Hello all, I graduate (hopefully) in July and take my National Registry for paramedic. I am wondering whether I should go with Medictests.com or JBlearning Test Prep. I have used Medictests.com and liked it, but I was wondering what the pros and cons of each are before I purchase one.
It IS a computer passed test prep service that asks questions with a similar format to the NREMT CBT. That is, a simple interrogative or scenario with multiple choice answers. The major benefit of JB Learning is the ability to identify weak areas in your knowledge and focus additional prep in those areas.
Overall, good prep software. Need have a solid understanding of the material covered in your book and class before - JB is just a good refresher and gets you, or at least me, in the mindset to take the test. Passed both EMT & Medic tests one first go's fyi too Just my 2 cents - best wishes
I payed for EMT Prep the first time and payed for EMT Pocket Prep the second time. I was making 70%-90% on their tests. I really don't want to fork over more money... I plan to reread the entire book again and do their tests online. I thought about JBLearning...I just have zero luck with apps I guess. I don't want to fail the third time.
Hi Everyone I have just over a year that i will have to wait in order to finally start studying as an EMT. I have not yet done the EMR course either. I was hoping for some advice on potential material to go through that will give me a solid starting point for the course. I am unsure weather I...
