Glen Helen Regional Park is a county park located in San Bernardino, California, United States adjacent to the Cajon Pass. [1] It was the site of both US Festivals of the early 1980s. SR 18 is known as Waterman Avenue in the city of San Bernardino before turning into SR 18.
