William "Spike" O'Dell (born May 21, 1953), a native of East Moline, Illinois, is an American former radio host for WGN Radio in Chicago, Illinois. [1] He joined WGN in 1987 and hosted the afternoon show until 2000 when he took over for Bob Collins [2] in the morning slot from 5 to 9 a.m, following the death of Collins.
Bob Collins (February 28, 1942 – February 8, 2000) was a morning DJ on WGN-720AM radio in Chicago. His show was the top-rated morning show for WGN and kept the station at the top of the ratings. [1] His show featured various conversation as well as some music. He also made occasional appearances on WGN-TV, hosting specials such as the Auto Show.

On April 12, 2007, Chicago radio station WGN announced that it was reviving The Noon Show with Sirott as its host. Sirott was removed from The Noon Show on January 25, 2010.
