Mark sabotages the treadmill and is overwhelmed by the Rogues while Team Flash evacuates Barry and Iris. Meanwhile, after seeing Cecile use her powers to rescue Jenna from the storm, Joe decides to remain in Central City. Chester and Allegra agree to talk as soon as the Red Death is defeated. The Red Death vows to bring war to the Flash.
