It broadcasts programs in Albanian, Turkish, as well as programs in Serbian, Romani, Aromanian and Bosnian. From 2020, MRT 2 the channel started broadcasting exclusively in Albanian.

The number of employees at its peak was approximately 200 (managing and editorial board, journalists, reporters, presenters, technical staff, marketing, administration) and a large number of correspondents and external cooperators.
