Utility Billing & Collections. The City has implemented a lock box payment processing program. To assist us in providing you the most efficient processing of your utility payment, please use the return envelope and billing stub provided to you each month.
Pay in Person. A convenient payment kiosk is located in the City Hall lobby, 35 Cabarrus Avenue W., and on the Market St. side of the building. Credit card and check payments at the kiosk incur a convenience fee of $2.95. There is no fee for cash payments.
