Dil Se Mile Dil is a 1978 Hindi movie. Produced and directed by Bhisham Kohli (of Chalte Chalte fame), the film stars Vishal Anand, Shyamlee, Om Shivpuri, Lalita Pawar and Mehmood. The film was a surprise hit, but did nothing for Vishal Anand's career. Vishal Anand was a nephew of Dev Anand.

The soundtrack to the 1990 Hindi-language romantic musical film Aashiqui features twelve songs composed by Nadeem–Shravan (a duo consisting of Nadeem Saifi and Shravan Rathod) and lyrics written by Sameer, Rani Mallik and Madan Pal. Released by T-Series on 26 December 1989, it became the highest-selling Bollywood soundtrack of all time with around 2 crore units sold.
Both Dil Ne Yeh Kaha Hai Dil Se and Tum Dil Ki Dhadkan Mein became legendary love tracks and Dulhe Ka Sehra achieved a status as one of popular wedding song till date. The other successful songs are Aksar Is Duniya Mein and Na Na Karte Pyaar. The album was listed at second position in the yearly music charts.

Dil Se released on 21 August 1998. Though the film was shot mainly in Hindi-language, director Mani Ratnam also dubbed and released the film in Tamil and Malayalam in the title Uyire.. (transl. Bombai Ka Babu (transl. Gentleman from Bombay) is a 1960 Hindi film directed by Raj Khosla and written by Rajinder Singh Bedi.
