All4 will not play any programmes. It loads and plays all the adverts fine, but then crashes before the programme starts and eventually brings this text up " ALL4-011: This content is currently unavailable. Please try again later" It used to randomly do this and we seemed to be able to solve it by restarting.
channel 4 replied email !! they suggested: reset the smart hub after update the app and the firmware of the TV. and it works! To reset the smart hub, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the smart hub home page. 2. Press D (blue) for settings.
We absolutely rely on Chanel 4 catchup to watch the news, since terrestrial & satellite reception in our area is very bad lately, but we do have a fast and reliable broadband connection. Can someone help us find a solution to this please?

20-06-2021 08:27 PM. Not through the All4 app, however, I figured a workaround. Open the internet browser on the TV, and go to the channel 4 site. Signing in is a pain using up down left and right, but you can stream live from there. 😊. 20-06-2021 11:27 PM.

I managed to log into the BBC iPlayer but it wouldn't play any programmes. I see the BBC have said they are no longer supporting the app on some Samsung TVs but this one was not on the list. I reset the Smart Hub and now the iPlayer, ITV Hub, All4 and My5 are not showing in the Samsung apps list. I've done a reset within the TV but still none ...
