Beretta = Birds and Competition. Benelli = Fighting. The reverse can also be said. The 1301 is a great shotgun in its own right, and Beretta has a very rich .mil history across the board and is more ingrained in military weaponry than Benelli is. Benelli also makes amazing hunting shotguns.
And it's not a bad shotgun. But he should have compared it to the M2, not the M4. If you choose the 1301, the 1301 comp with either the 21 or 24 inch barrel is a better choice than the 1301 tactical with the 18 inch barrel, unless compactness is just an absolute necessity. The overall finishes are comparable in quality, but the TAC-12 is a bit darker overall than the M4. The loading gate/lifter on the TAC-12 is a matte chrome type finish and on the M4, it's a matte bronze/gold-ish finish. The TAC-12's hammer and disconnector are a gray color while they are black on the Benelli. The OEM trigger on the Benelli is a ...
TNVV/NG/PVS-14-GP – U.S. Gen3 Filmed Green Phosphor! $2599. [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ridiculously heavy trigger pull on Benelli M4. ARCHIVED. Posted: 11/11/2023 10:07:30 AM EST. I bought a used M4 at a local gun store a couple months ago. It looks brand new and I think maybe they shot 1 tube of rounds out of it and traded it in.
Got it from kygunco.com for $549 shipped about a month ago. The Benelli M4 cost a little more than I was wanting to spend at the moment. So far, the 601 has digested #7, slugs and 00 buck without fail. I threw a sling on it and it resides inside the fireplace mantle. Health&Fitness Nut.
Will this work for M4?? UPDATE: I called Primary Arms to ask why they list the GGG-1030 as fitting the M1 M2 & M3? Not the M4? The part number on GG&G's website lists it as GGG-1030-M4 and OUT OF STOCK. The Primary Arms guy called GG&G. He was informed it is the same product and will work for the M4. Purchased! Thanks Primary Arms.
The Benelli M4 is physically a better built gun, I have simply never held a better built shotgun than a Benelli M4. With that said the 1301 is a very well built, very well assembled gun and I can't find anyplace that they left anything lose or not centered properly. The M4 has a lot of metal parts that Beretta chose to sub plastic instead.
Posted: 9/3/2023 5:39:34 PM EDT. Benelli M4 I've had for 15 years with just iron sights. Looking to put an optic on it. I'm considering Aimpoint only. No rmr, holosun, eotech. Etc. I have an older t1 I can put on it, also considering buying an acro p2. Looking for advice from those that have a t1/t2 or acro on an m4.
The MAC's parts look identical to the benelli's. The Panzer furniture is also glaringly different, where as the MAC 1014 w/ pistol grip stock is indistinguishable. Maybe not a big deal, but is an example of a liberty that was taken in the cloning process. There are a few other small examples of differences as well.
This is an IWC Magpul MOE QD mount. It works perfectly for the Benelli M4. I use a Vickers sling using HK type fasteners on the front sling loop and the rear by the buttstock. I use a Vickers sling using HK type fasteners on the front sling loop and the rear by the buttstock. Be careful with that loop hole on the bottom of the collapsible stock ...
