Guys I need help I have a 2012 ram express rcsb with 3.55 gears, vararam, 87mm throttle body, magnaflo muffler swap stock pipe, diablo trinity with whitelightining 30% throttle boost 5.8 wot shift, with stock 20" wheels and tires. But according to my diablo I only run a 15.13 1/4 mile.
The SRT engineers stated in last week's Chat Session that the 392 in the Challenger will consistently run 12.6s. The fastest time they got was 12.4 sec. It's interesting to note that if you plug 4,150 lbs. and 425 flywheel hp (6.1) and 470 hp (6.4) into a 1/4 mile calculator, you get the following numbers that are practically dead on: 425 hp ...
I wasn't aware there was a 3.08 ratio diff, but with my 3.07 rear, it was mid-high 14's when I was mostly stock. PB 1/4 mile: 12.937@112mph. 2013 Challenger SXT+SS/T in Billet Metallic, Tidalwave SC, AWIC, tune by Brent @ DTPRacing.com, Functional Scoops, Mopar Sequentials, 180 stat. Reply Like.

It wasn't a good run though, poor launch, lots of wheelspin and a slow 5.8 0-60 time. It is difficult to find a good piece of road here where I felt safe going over 100 mph.
Go to the drag times DA calculator, that will give you an accurate comparison of your 1/4 mile time compared to a time that you would run at sea level. [sigpic]13845[/sigpic] Magnacharger 8 lbs Boost, 3.73 LSD, 2800 Stall Converter And More ,12.15 @ 113.95 MPH 1/4 Mile, Best trap speed 115.55 MPH.
So far my best is a 12.09 @ 114 mph. Only mods were drag radials and a diablo 93 tune slightly modified by me. Drag radials make a big difference on these cars as you can actually get a good launch off the line. 2014 SRT Core- 12.091 @ 114.03 mph DR's. Best trap speed 114.83 mph.
Ram Year. 2013. Engine. Hemi. Lol, might as well. I thought I read somewhere where they tested almost identical Durangos, one with 6 spd and one with 8 spd, and just because of the 8 spd, it was about a half second quicker in the 1/4. So I would assume you could take off right around a half second on a truck with an 8 spd. May 29, 2014. #25.
Engine. Viper 8.3 10 Cyl. The Dodge Ram SRT-10 was manufactured in 2004, 2005 & 2006. The 2004's were RC only & in 2005 & 2006 they made RC & QC. The stock RC's run 12.9 @ 106 & higher depending on who is driving. Traction is a problem with these trucks. The stock QC's run low to mid 13's. They are heavier than the RC & again traction is a problem.
2014 Ram Sport Blue Streak. Engine. 5.7. Over at zeroto60times.com here is what they have (they don't have my exact truck setup): 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab (5.7L V-8) 0-60 mph 6.0 Quarter Mile 14.8. 2014 Ram 1500 Mega Crew Cab 4X4 0-60 mph 6.9 Quarter Mile 15.2. Given those numbers I guess I'm right in line perfomance wise....
