Magsaysay, one of the eleven municipalities in the Occidental Mindoro, lies on the southernmost part of Mindoro Island, and is adjacent to the municipality of San Jose on the north; on the east separated by chain of valleys and mountains in the municipality of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro; on the south, by Garza Island; and on the west by Iling Island.

The Ramon Magsaysay Center (abbreviated as RMC or RM Center) is an 18-storey building located at the corner of Roxas Boulevard and Quintos Street in Malate, Manila, Philippines. It was built and opened in 1967 [ 1 ] and was designed by Alfredo J. Luz and Associates, in consultation with Italian-American Pietro Belluschi and Alfred Yee Associates.
