The Complex is the second studio album by Blue Man Group, released in 2003.It is a concept album that takes place in two separate worlds: the world of the rock concert, as in the song "Time to Start," and the alienating world of the modern urban workplace, as in the songs "Sing Along," "The Current", and "The Complex."
Annette Strean provided vocals for Blue Man Group's cover of "I Feel Love" on their 2003 album The Complex. Venus Hum opened for Blue Man Group on The Complex Rock Tour, and performed with them as well. The band was featured as "rock concert movement number sixty-three." "I Feel Love" was released as a single in 2004.
The 2002 Area2 acts included Moby and David Bowie in alternating headlining slots: as well as Ash, Blue Man Group, and Busta Rhymes. The festival also featured a DJ tent with a rotating list of artists. The main sponsors for the tour were Intel, KMX, and Pepsi.
