The Famoso Bakersfield Raceway hosted the first ever March Meet in 1959 and it helped establish the National Hot Rod Association's (NHRA) legitimacy. The 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season was announced on July 10, 2024. [1] It will be the 70th season of the National Hot Rod Association's top drag racing competition. This season will also feature the 60th anniversary of the NHRA Finals. The NHRA will host 20 events this season.
California Hot Rod Reunion is a gathering of drag racers, hot rod enthusiasts and street rodders held in Bakersfield, California, United States.
