The original school building, known as the Boulder Creek School, was built in 1905 and rebuilt in 1906 after the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake. [4] It was renamed to San Lorenzo Valley High during 1947. The current location opened in 1954 in Felton, serving the entire San Lorenzo Valley.
Gail Levine is the current board president. George Wylie was the prior president. [4]In 2001, Susan Weber was appointed to the San Lorenzo Valley School Board. [5] In 2010, she vacated her position as trustee for the board, which she had been on for nine years. [6]
