Revista Brasileira (lit. ' Brazilian Review ' or ' Brazilian Magazine ' ) is a publication of the Brazilian Academy of Letters . Its history began on 14 July 1855 and can be divided into nine phases as per Afrânio Peixoto .
Veja (Portuguese pronunciation:, English: see, look [at it]) is a Brazilian weekly news magazine published in São Paulo [2] and distributed throughout the country by media conglomerate Grupo Abril.
Felipe López Caballero, the person who restarted the magazine, took two earlier Colombian magazines as models. One was Camargo's Semana; the other was es:Alternativa, a left-wing weekly published by Enrique Santos and Gabriel García Márquez.
