The tournament is taking place in Indonesia, between 6–19 May 2024. It is the 9th edition of the international youth football championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation for the women's under-17 national teams of Asia. Players born between 1 January 2007 and 31 December 2009 are eligible to compete in the tournament.
