Reset your DISH receiver and you should then let it reconnect to your router and then you should be able to see the locals. If you are watching on an I pad or some other device reboot it also. I had the problem with DISH anywhere with my dvr shows not showing for the day I was on and instead the day before.
Dec 29, 2020. #1. When I try to access DVR recordings in Dish Anywhere, I get this message: "your receiver is offline. Please reconnect your Hopper to the internet to play content." The problem here is the DVR is connected to the internet. I confirmed this by checking in settings. Then, I logged into my Dish account to check on my equipment.

Yeah, that's what the dish "chat" guy said also. I never saw it. He did, however log on with my info and was able to get it right again.
