Thomas Joseph Capano (October 11, 1949 – September 19, 2011) [1] [2] was a disbarred American lawyer and former Delaware deputy attorney general who was convicted of the 1996 murder of Anne Marie Fahey, his former lover.
He was convicted of first-degree murder in part due to the evidence given by his brother, Gerry, who had admitted to helping Capano dump Fahey's body in the Atlantic Ocean. Sante Kimes and her son Kenneth were convicted of the murder of Irene Silverman, whose body was never found.
