Currently, Nova’s recourse pack Creator is in the format of Minecraft 1.10. Which is fine for “most” textures, but the horse armor texture from Minecraft 1.10 is different from 1.16. But, the two texture images all face the same ways/ kind of fits; so you could copy, paste, and move parts of the 1.10 texture to the 1.16 format.

There are multiple problems I am encountering with nova skin right now, the first being with certain textures not wanting to change. The lava and water buckets, cake (item) and bed will not change their textures no matter what I do. They simply fail to update when I load up mc. The next problem is with zipping the files. For some reason one of my texture packs refused to zip. It would zip, but ...
Press “new” under local projects, and save textures you edit to it under the “save resources” tab on the editor. To use the pack you created, press “download zip” and place the file in the resource packs folder in your .minecraft, like you would with a normal texture pack. Hope this helps!
