9. Drum Island - In general a great backstory for Chopper and Luffy develops a lot in this arc too. 10. Baratie - Would be higher if Krieg was a good antagonist. Massive Gap. 11. Jaya - Short and sweet + Luffy turns into one punch man, gets you hype for Skypiea and you meet Blackbeard. 12. Whisky Peak.
Just felt like a filler. The most disappointing though is Skypiea. For One Piece standards, it had a lot of writing inconsistencies and it is the One Piece arc that has the most PLOT HOLES. Reject Dial, Pagaya surviving (or everyone struck by Enel's lightning except Luffy) and the wings (minor stuff but eh).
One Pace is a fan project that recuts the One Piece anime in an attempt to make the anime's pacing more bearable. The team accomplishes this by removing filler scenes not present in the source material. This process requires meticulous editing and quality control to ensure seamless music and transitions. One Pace includes everything that’s in ...
Romance Dawn - Drum Island: pretty consistenly ~2 chapters/episode, with Loguetown as one exception. Arabasta - Water 7: ~1.6-1.4 chapters/episode, exception is Jaya with 2 chapters/episode. Reason is basically the anime now being caught up to the manga. Enies Lobby: ~1.2 chapters/episode. main reason is that the anime changed time slots in the ...

I've only gotten to whole cake island (so no wano on my list), but I rank them as: Water 7/Enies Lobby. Impel Down/Marineford (though it's nearly tied with Enies Lobby) Sabaody. Jaya/Skypiea (underrated arc imo) Dressrosa.
One Piece arcs ranked. Here's my ranking, its not perfect and the lower tier arcs are kinda everywhere but the top 10-15 are pretty solid for me. Water 7- I liked it more then Enies Lobby because of the whole mystery aspect and traitor reveal. This arc was just amazing from the setting, the crews character development, and the small amount but ...
Sabaody Archipelago: 9/10. This arc is a game changer in the story. The introduction of Caimi and the other fishmen, the Celestial Dragons, the Rookies, Rayleigh, Kizaru, this arc is just jampacked. And of course one of the saddest moments of the series is at the ending of this arc.
Filler 'arcs' in anime are typically 2-5 episodes long and are infrequent. They often stretch out the content, which creates bad pacing overall. There's a project named 'One Pace' that aims to eliminate fillers and improve pacing. 1000+ episodes is very intimidating but 100 or something volumes isn’t that bad.
Fishman Island. Punk Hazard (the only thing worth in that arc was to see the after match of the Admirals battle). Davy Back fight. Thriller Bark (didn't like that halloween theme, "nothing happened" was one of the highest points of the manga tho).
