Hannibal–LaGrange University (HLGU), formerly Hannibal–LaGrange College, is a private Christian university in Hannibal, Missouri. It is affiliated with the Missouri Baptist Convention, which is part of the Southern Baptist Convention. As of 2022, 494 students are enrolled, and 29 majors are offered.

LaGrange did not have male students before 1934. Men who attended a LaGrange College in the 19th century more than likely went to the institution that was a predecessor of the University of North Alabama. Prior to 1929 there was also Lagrange College in Missouri which since has become Hannibal-LaGrange University.
