State Road 12 (SR 12) is an east–west route in the Florida Panhandle, running from SR 20 in Bristol to U.S. Route 27 (US 27) in Havana. The route continues as County Road 12 ( CR 12 ) on both ends, on the western end running south to SR 65 , and on the east running to US 319 .

The northern section of the road was named after the Wickham family, including John Q. Wickham, a Brevard county surveyor and Joe Wickham, a prominent Brevard County politician. Joe Wickham worked with the county to clear the route in 1950s. Since the road led to an undeveloped area, some viewed the project with skepticism.

County Road 707 is the current designation of Indian River Drive in St. Lucie County from the Martin County line in Jensen Beach north to SR A1A in Fort Pierce. The entire road is bordered by the Florida East Coast Railway to the west and the Intracoastal Waterway coastline to the east. Indian River Drive was formerly SR 707. [4]
County Road 717 exists in two segments. The first is a northwestern extension of SR 717 in Belle Glade, connecting SR 715 (Southwest 16th Street) with the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail and the Torry Island campground. [4] The second segment begins at SR 729 in Pahokee and travels on Muck City Road east to SR 700 south of Bryant. [12]
