Established in 1917, Bahrs Restaurant is situated on the Sandy Hook Bay, overlooking Sandy Hook. The restaurant has a marina on the bay. Indoor and outdoor dining (with weather permitting) is available year round. On a clear day, patrons can see the New York Skyline and Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge across the Sandy Hook Bay and Raritan Bay.

Jimmy's Harborside Restaurant was a Boston seafood restaurant on the Boston Fish Pier [1] opened by Jimmy Doulos in 1924. The restaurant closed in 2005 [2] and the building was demolished in 2007. [3] For restaurants in the neighborhood, Jimmy’s was a favorite for Julia Child. [4] When it first opened, it was called Liberty Cafeteria.
