    I believe that the version known as "Married to a Mermaid" is a music-hall song composed in 1866 by Arthur Lloyd which certainly USES the chorus of "Rule Britannia" as a musical element but is really a comic song in its own right and not a version of "Rule, Britannia!" per se.
