Noel Jones (born January 31, 1950) is a Jamaican minister and a Pentecostal bishop. He is the senior pastor of the City of Refuge Church in Gardena, California , which has about 17,000 members, and was formerly the Greater Bethany Community Church.
In 1989 Jones left the navy and was appointed Bishop of Sodor and Man. During his time as bishop he had an ex officio seat in the Legislative Council and was a member of the Department of Education and the War Pensions Committee as well as being a trustee of King William's College. [12] In 2003 he stood down as the diocesan bishop. [13]
