Joliet Junior College's student newspaper, The Blazer, was first published in October 1929. Before The Blazer, college bulletins were reported in the high school paper. The founding members of 1970 were the College of Du Page, Illinois Valley Community College, Joliet Junior College, Morton College, Rock Valley College, and Thornton Community College. [1] [2] The conference dissolved at the end of the 2022–23 school year. [3]
