Dibrugarh University entrance. Dibrugarh University is a collegiate public state university in the Indian state of Assam. It is the second oldest University in Assam and in North East India. It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities. It is located at Dibrugarh, Assam, India.
[1] Dibru College was established in 1963 situated at Boiragimoth, the heart of Dibrugarh city. Today the college provides major courses altogether in twelve out of twenty one subjects. The Government of India has identified the college as a Biotechnology hub too. The college has received a grant from the Department of Science and Technology.
