Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is a publicly funded English-language college located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.The college has three campuses, all in Ontario: a primary campus located in Ottawa, and secondary campuses located in Perth and Pembroke.

Adding to this success Jason O'Brien approached Algonquin College with a proposal to create a professional pilot program with the college. The pilots were able to work through the ranks at PEM-AIR all the way to flighting commercial aircraft in to Toronto Pearson. This program still continues.
Programs The college offers a 2-year diploma in business and IT programs. Various pathways to a 4-year degree are available to students who meet minimum degree requirements and wish to continue their studies. Students graduating from the 2 year programs are issued 2 diplomas, one from the main campus in Ottawa and one from the Kuwaiti campus.
