The Gypsies are a Sri Lankan baila band that performs Sinhala and English songs. [1] The band was founded in the early 1970s and has since garnered a huge fan base across Sri Lanka and is one of Sri Lanka's most famous bands. [2] They are a highly paid band in Sri Lanka, as they constantly perform at parties, dances and at many concerts.

Allan Fakir or Allan Faqir (1932 – 4 July 2000) [1] [2] [3] (Sindhi: علڻ فقيرُ), was a Sindhi folk singer from Sindh, Pakistan. He was particularly known for his ecstatic style of performance, marked with devotional rhetoric and Sufi dance-singing. [2]
Bhit Ja Bhittai (Sindhi: ڀٽ جا ڀٽائي), is the popular Sindhi song which is sung by many Sindhi artist such as Jallal Chandio, Mai Bhagi, Sohrab Faqeer and others as well. Recently this song was presented in a new way by the Pakistani artist Shani Arshad. "Bhit ja Bhittai is not only the folk song but also the Kallam", Shani said.
