The Rouses Point - Lacolle 223 Border Crossing connects the towns of Lacolle, Quebec and Rouses Point, New York on the Canada–US border. The crossing is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Because the municipality of Lacolle, Quebec has two border crossings, CBSA calls this one 223 to indicate it is the crossing on Quebec Route 223.

When the border crossing was first established in 1950, the U.S. Customs Service operated out of a white two-story building some distance from the border. A brick inspection station was constructed at the border in 1965; this building was replaced with the current facility in 2004. The current Canadian border station was built in 1971.
The crossing is reached by Boundary Line Road on the American side and by New Brunswick Route 110 on the Canadian side. The US and Canadian governments both built new border stations at this crossing in 1976. In 2012, the US replaced its border station once again. [1] It is open from 6am to 10pm. [2]
