The Glencree Centre is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity, located near Enniskerry, in the Glencree Valley, County Wicklow. The Armoury Café is open on the site from Wednesday to Sunday from 9.30am to 5.30pm for light refreshments and is a popular destination for visitors, hikers and cyclists.
The Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation opened in 1975 to foster better relations between the two communities in Northern Ireland. Currently, they run a broad range of programmes bringing people from global conflict zones to the valley.
Morrow also served as university chaplain to overseas students in Glasgow from 1967. From 1971, he was a student chaplain in Dublin where he helped to establish the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation. In 1975, he became the Presbyterian chaplain at Queen's University, where Ray Davey had been a founding predecessor.

In 1961, the German war cemetery was opened near St Kevin's Hostel, Glencree, for graves of German aviators killed in Ireland during the war. In 1974, the hostel became the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, which played a role in the Northern Ireland peace process in the 1990s. [2]
It was started with an inaugural conference on October 17, 2017, at the Kippure Estate / Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, where 48 young Muslims from 12 countries wrote a charter of rights for young Muslims.

He was a regular visitor to conferences and events at the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation and was close to Republic of Ireland peace activists Paul Burton and Chris Hudson, visiting the site of the Battle of the Somme with them in 1999. [7]
