State Trunk Highway 102 (often called Highway 102, STH-102 or WIS 102) is a 18.25-mile (29.37 km) state highway in Taylor and Price counties in north central Wisconsin, United States, that runs from Wisconsin Highway 13 (WIS 13) north of Chelsea northeast to Wisconsin Highway 86 (WIS 86) in Spirit.
The state of Wisconsin has jurisdiction over 120 miles (190 km) of state highways in Taylor County, including STH-13, STH-64, STH-73, STH-97, and STH-102. STH-13 runs north–south through the eastern half of the county and STH-73 is the major north–south highway in the western half of the county.

An 1880 map of this area shows early roads spanning the six-miles square that would become Browning. One follows the course of modern Highway 64 from west to east. [10] When Taylor County was formed in 1875, the six-mile square that would become Browning was part of a larger Town of Medford, which spanned the county east to west.
