Interstate 495 (I-495) is an auxiliary route of I-95 in the US state of Massachusetts, maintained by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). Spanning 121.56 miles (195.63 km), it is the second-longest auxiliary route in the Interstate Highway System, being roughly 11 miles (18 km) shorter than I-476 in Pennsylvania.
The two routes continue southeastward, passing the western end of Route 40 before the two routes split south of Lost Lake. Route 119 continues southeastward into Littleton. In Littleton, Route 119 meets I-495 at Exit 80 (formerly 31) before meeting Routes 2A and 110. Route 2A becomes concurrent with Route 119 as it crosses Route 110.

Littleton/Route 495 station is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Littleton, Massachusetts. It serves the Fitchburg Line. The station is located at the intersection of Grimes Lane and Foster Street near Route 2 and I-495 and serves as a park-and-ride station for both highways. A previous station was open at King Street in West Littleton until 1975.
