The Ultima GTR is a supercar manufactured by Ultima Sports Ltd of Hinckley, Leicestershire, England. [ 3 ] [ 4 ] The car was available both in kit form and as a "turnkey" (i.e. assembled by the factory) vehicle until early 2015, when it was replaced by the Ultima Evolution .
The Ultima Evolution coupé and Ultima Evolution convertible have body styles unchanged from the preceding Ultima GTR and Ultima Can-Am models respectively. Before the GTR and Can-Am models, the two models produced were the Ultima Sport and Ultima Spyder. The Ultima Sport and its roadster derivative, the Ultima Spyder, were built from 1992 to 1999.

Lee Antony Noble (born January 1958) [1] is a British entrepreneur, car designer and engineer. He is the founder of the sports car companies Noble Automotive Ltd in 1999 and Fenix Automotive in 2009. [2] He is also the designer of some low-volume sports cars, including the Ultima Mk1, Ultima Mk2, Ultima Mk3, Midtec Spyder and Ascari FGT.

The Mk3 would make up half of Ultima sales by the end of its life because 13 of the 26 total Ultima Kits sold would be Mk3's. The car would be the final Ultima developed by Lee Noble. There would be a novel chassis made for the car, an Aluminium Tubular chassis, now fit exclusively with the Porsche G50 5-speed, used also in the Mk2. [6]
