Redcliff is a town in southern Alberta, Canada. Adjacent to the City of Medicine Hat to the east and Cypress County to the west and north, the town is bisected by Highway 1 ( Trans-Canada Highway ) and is located on the north bank of the South Saskatchewan River .

Her reason for standing for election was to get a hospital for Redcliffe's growing population. [10] [11] [12] The first Redcliffe Hospital opened in 1961. [13]

In 1902 an official Board Office was constructed, designed by Brisbane architect WC Voller. By April 1903 the Divisional Board had become the Redcliffe Shire Council, and then Redcliffe Town Council in May 1921. [1] During the 1930s the Town Council instigated many improvements in Redcliffe, developing the area as an attractive sea-side resort.
