Chang'an University (CHD; Chinese: 长安大学; pinyin: Cháng'ān Dàxué) is a public university located in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and co-funded with the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.

According to the Phase 2 List of the Double First-Class Construction, the previous university classifications have been abolished, and a total number of 147 universities have been included in the plan (accounted for 4.88% of 3,012 Chinese higher education institutions), after 7 universities newly adding into the list since February 2022.
In May 2009, XAIU also established the College of Entrepreneurship (Chinese: 创业学院), the first entrepreneurship college established by a private university in China. In 2010, the university established a training platform for students to obtain a 'Master's degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship'.
