    According to this document (page 23), the flight data recorder was recovered, but the cockpit voice recorder was not. Another document provides a transcript alleged to be from the cockpit voice recorder. Apparently there were multiple questionable issues concerning this flight, including destruction of tapes made during rescue and cleanup.
