Found canon Pixma printer problem. My new router interface (sagemcom 8566w) interface was set to accept only WPA2/WPA3 + AES encryption protocol. When set back to only WPA2+AES it WORKED. Problem: old printer, new T Mobile router.
You will need to check the paper size setting at the printer and on your computer. They will need to be the same. For example, if you have letter-size paper selected at the computer, you will need to make sure that the paper setting on the printer is set to LTR. To begin troubleshooting, I recommend printing a nozzle check directly from the printer. Please click HERE for the steps. Once the nozzle check prints, please click HERE to compare it to a sample. If the nozzle check does not match, you can perform a nozzle cleaning by selecting All B in the option that will appear after the nozzle check prints.
