The bot will ask you if you want to speak to rep, it’s a trap, say no. Then speak gibberish over and over until they ask for a full tracking number. Then say random letters and numbers until they say, “is your number [this and that]” and then say no. And that got me on hold for a real person. So there’s my guide, hope it helps.

LPT: recently, some automated customer service phone lines won’t let you speak to a person and insist you talk to the machine like a person instead. If you say nonsense words like “meep morp blerf norb” over and over it registers as you needing to talk to a person, and transfers you.
