And I can’t reformat it or even uninstall Windows updates, none of the advanced options work. I’m literally at my wits end with this problem. And I don’t have a disc or flash drive with Windows 10, so I don’t understand the bootable media thing since I can’t do it anyway. Windows 10 came preinstalled on the computer.
